In this practice we focus on the water element.
The water element is the principle of:

Embracing the water element in our asana practice serves to transform stiffness in both our bodies and our minds!

This practice is a combination of breath work, ancient tai chi, budokon and hatha yoga.

Our main focus is finding freedom and creativity within our movements and ultimately within ourselves.
